The Digital Learning Designer is the creative and technical voice behind learning projects developed through the Business Development Office. The Digital Learning Designer is responsible to create, design, develop and deliver multi media educational content and digital instruction tools across multiple platforms utilizing instructional design, media production and project management methods. The Digital Learning Designer will collaborate closely with faculty and subject matter experts on course design and instructional content that provide blended learning experiences that meet learning objectives. The Digital Learning Designer will report to the Director of Business and Strategic Planning and Implementation providing administrative and project related support to the Director such as conducting research and writing and editing research articlesfor publication.
Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred. Must have strong written and communication skills and a pleasant personality. Must be a self-starter, proactive individual capable of managing processes, uses good judgement and has exceptional organizational skills. The individual must be detail-oriented, possess leadership skills, and be able to learn quickly / work under pressure. Preference: Preferred experience with Blackboard, Adobe Premiere, Recording Equipment. Preferred experience working with IRBs.
